O'Shea's soups are always made from scratch, using nothing but the finest ingredients. Whether the recipe was created by O'Shea's grandmother, his great aunt, or his second cousin, you'll love it.

O'Shea says that he sends a group of pixies out every morning to pick the ingredients for this salad. We might believe in Leprechauns, but everyone knows pixies aren't real. O'Shea sometimes makes things up.

Whichever combination you prefer, O'Shea takes great care to freshly prepare each item daily. O'Shea can never decide what to eat so he always tries to order everything on the menu, therefore he has to buy a larger size of pants every few months.
Caesar Salad ~ $7.95 (with chicken ~ $8.95 - with Cajun or lemon pepper chicken ~ $9.50)
O'Shea makes his chef's get up extra early to hand make this Caesar dressing for you to enjoy. It is a secret recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. O'Shea is pleased to share it with you, with or without chicken. The salad is garnished with bacon bits.
Chicken or Beef Taco Salad ~ $8.95
This is a taco shell, filled with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, green onions, cheese, salsa and a seasoned ground beef or a seasoned chicken breast. O'Shea learned about this dish when he was in Las Vegas. He lost his pot of gold to a little Mexican dog, but he walked away with this recipe.
O'Shea's Potatoes
O'Shea likes potatoes because they fill him up and they never go out of style, like the colour green.

This potato is loaded with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, and bacon to make a potato that eats like a meal.
O'Shea's Famous Irish Champ ~ $3.25
Champ is a traditional Irish dish that O'Shea brought from Ireland. It is a unique blend of mashed potatoes, onions and spices. We wanted to call them O'Shea's Famous Mashed Potatoes, but O'Shea is set in his ways.
O'Shea's Wraps
A few years ago, O'Shea started to make wraps. He used to make up little rhyming verses when he was preparing the food, and is now considered to be the father of modern "wrap" music. O'Shea sings: "You can now enjoy the food / Made by this wrapping dude / O'Shea can cook the food / To put you into a good mood" (We think he is terrible at writing lyrics)

We've managed to stop O'Shea from singing. This wrap is our famous Caesar salad with chicken in a delicious wrap.

O'Shea's Irish Specialties
O'Shea sometimes misses Ireland, but by eating these meals, he feels at home, no matter where he is. Add a side of gravy to any order for $1.25
Fish 'n Chips ~$8.50 (half order ~ $5.95)(extra fish ~ $2.50)
When O'Shea can’t get his pint in the middle of the day he goes for his favourite beer battered fish. O'Shea loves it when food is cooked with any kind of alcohol. He once made cake out of stout and flour. It didn't taste as good as our golden beer battered fish and chips, which we know you'll love.
Shepherd’s Pie ~ $8.95
When O'Shea was younger, he tried his hand at sheep-herding. He ending up falling asleep and losing his whole flock. Needless to say, he got fired. He didn't learn much about sheep, but he did come away with a recipe for shaved beef, spices and mashed potatoes baked into a delicious pie. Served with a fresh bun on the side.
O'Shea's Burgers
All Burgers are cooked over an open flame and come with choice of, Irish fries, soup, plain baked potato, O'Shea's famous Irish champ or salad (Caesar add $1.25)
Add a side of gravy to any order for only $1.25
Make your own burger by adding any of the following toppings for $0.75 each: Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, fresh or sautéed onions, fresh or sautéed mushrooms, jalapeno peppers or salsa.
Leprechaun Burger ~ $7.50
This is all O'Shea's little brother will eat. It is O'Shea's handmade hamburger patty topped with lettuce and tomato. You can choose to smother it in ketchup like O'Shea's brother does, or leave it alone, it is up to you.
Canadian Burger ~ $8.50
O'Shea's handmade patty covered in bacon and cheddar, topped with lettuce and tomato, is a burger that O'Shea discovered when he got to Canada. He found that this burger is the best thing to eat when drinking Candian beer.
O'Cheese Burger ~ $8.50
O'Shea's second wife loved this burger before she left him for a wood elf. He keeps it on the menu in order to lure her back so that he can tell her how happy he is being single and is glad she is gone and he's never been so happy in his life and now he has more women than he knows what to do with. While O'Shea might be bitter, this burger is not, it is covered in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Homestead Burger ~ $8.50
When O'Shea first moved out on his own, he lived just outside of a fairy ring. Like the fairies, O'Shea's house was made out of a hollowed out mushroom. This burger reminds him of his youth when he was out with a different fairy every night and he could drink Irish whiskey all night and never wake up with a hangover. This burger is smothered in sauted mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
The Mighty O'Shea ~ $9.95
This burger requires two hands and is covered in bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. It is named because after a night of drinking Irish whiskey, O'Shea got a little confused and challenged one of these burgers to a fight. Onlookers watched in amusement when O'Shea walked over to the burger and slipped on a pickle and knocked himself out for the night.
The Emerald Isle Burger ~ $10.95
Due to high demand, O'Shea is pleased to introduce this burger to Saskatoon. It is two beef patties, bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, pickles, lettuce and tomato piled onto a Kaiser bun. This burger is legendary in O'Shea's family because it is the only thing that O'Shea can not eat in one sitting. This is not surprising, as it stands taller than O'Shea himself.
Chicken Burger ~ $8.50 (Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper or Cajun ~ $8.95)
A chicken breast seasoned and grilled to perfection. We have to keep O'Shea away from this burger sometimes, he saw the movie Rocky and now he likes to spend his afternoons beating up the chicken breasts. Topped with lettuce and tomato.
Mexican Chicken Burger ~ $8.95
Sometimes O'Shea likes some really spicy food, so he has this burger. It is a spiced chicken breast topped with jalapeno peppers, cheddar cheese and salsa. What O'Shea likes best about this burger is that all the peppers give him a good reason to chase it down with a few pints of beer.
The Lucky Chicken ~ $9.95 (Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper or Cajun ~ $10.50)
O'Shea insisted on the name of this burger and we don't really know why. We do know that it is a chicken breast seasoned and grilled and topped with sautéed mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, bacon and lettuce and tomato. We don't think that the chicken is very lucky, but it is tasty.
O'Shea's Sandwiches
This are some of O'Shea's favourite meals for any day of the week. Nothing beats a good sandwich. Add a side of gravy to any order for $.95
B.B.Q Beef Sandwich ~ $8.50
While O'Shea admits that he didn't eat a lot of these when he was back home, he does say that when he tastes his family's secret BBQ sauce that he thinks of home. A hardy helping of beef covered in O'Shea's family's secret BBQ sauce. Served with choice of soup, salad, champ, fries or baked potato.
Steak Sandwich ~ $11.95
We asked O'Shea to tell us about the steak sandwich "There is nothing like a charbroiled steak on an open faced sandwich" said O'Shea, just before he fell off of the beer tower he was sitting on. He clearly had been drinking from it all day. He then started cursing and writhing in pain. We can't print anything else he said, so we will say that it is topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms and is delicious. Served with choice of soup, salad, champ, fries or baked potato.
B.L.T ~ $7.95
O'Shea thought that BLT stood for Beer, Lovin' and Trouble. He didn't expect this sandwich piled high with bacon, lettuce and tomato. He said the sandwich was better than what he was expecting, and knowing what O'Shea was expecting, that is saying a lot. Served with choice of soup, salad, champ, fries or baked potato.
Chicken Club ~ $9.95
O'Shea was out golfing one day and he asked his caddy for something that would help him, "Hit the spot" his caddy gave him this sandwich. It is a three layer chicken sandwich, packed with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. O'Shea wanted a golf club, but he was glad that his caddy gave him a chicken one. Served with choice of soup, salad, champ, fries or baked potato.
